本文研究了在发送端已知信道均值或协方差信息情况下单用户多输入多输出(MIMO)系统的功率分配问题.发送端已知信道均值信息时,信道建模为非相关莱斯信道;发送端已知协方差信息时,信道建模为相关瑞利信道.通过最大化遍历(ergodic)信道容量的一个较紧的下界,针对发送端已知信道均值或协方差信息的情况分别提出了新的功率分配的方案.仿真结果验证了该功率分配方法的有效性。
We consider the power aUocafion problem for single-user multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. Assume that the receiver has perfect channel knowledge, while the transmitter has either mean or covariance of the channel matrix. The channel is modeled as either an uncorrelated Rician fading channel or correlated Rayleigh fading channel. We propose new power allocation algorithms for MIMO systems with channel mean or covariance information at the transmitter respectively, through the maximization of a tight lower bound of the ergodic channel capacity. Simulation results confirm the performance.
