Research literatures on those immune polysaccharides used in aquiculture are investigat- ed. Based on these, this paper elucidates the significance of studying immune polysaccharide makes analysis on polysaccharides in nonspecific immune characteristic, physiological way, variety, extensity, mutuality and structure-activity relationship, etc. And also the development trend of studying polysaccharide is expected.
