乙酸癸酯是食品的芳香味添加剂,绿色、低碳和高效的生物合成方法是获得高纯度乙酸癸酯的理想途径。以荧光假单胞脂肪酶(Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase,PFL)为生物催化剂、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为调节剂,通过物理吸附,将PFL固定在反应器内壁上。CMC-PFL催化癸醇与乙酸乙烯酯的反应表明,28 h后,转化率达98%;而PFL酶粉催化反应转化率仅76%。反应被放大50倍后,CMC-PFL催化96 h,转化率达99.4%,经旋转蒸发即得乙酸癸酯,收率94.6%。
Decyl acetate is a food flavor enhancer, using environmental friendly, low-carbon and efficient synthesis method is an ideal way to obtain high purity decyl acetate. In this study, Pseudornonasfluorescens lipase (PFL) was a biocatalyst, CMC carboxymethyl cellulose was a regulator. FEL was immobilized on the inner wall of the reactor by physical absorbance. After 28 h, it was showed that the conversion rate was 98% ; and PFL enzyme catalyzed reaction was only 76% of conversion rate. If the system was enlarged to 50 times, CMC-PFL conversion rate was 99.4% after 96h. The yield of decyl acetate was about 94.6 % by rotary evaporating.
