计算机辅助航天器舱段连接精度计算与分析

为解决由舱段连接精度超差和计算基准改变带来的舱段连接精度重复计算问题,在航天器舱段连接结构和端面偏差分析的基础上,利用极值法、均方根法和正态分布法,介绍了舱段连接扭转、错移和弯折三个方向上的结合面综合偏差、任意端面间相对偏差及偏移量的计算。在舱段连接语义分析的基础上,基于Web本体语言构建了舱段、端面及端面偏差本体,基于本体实例进行了偏差数据的存储和推理计算,以实现舱段连接精度的快速校核及结果数据的输出,为舱段连接精度的反复设计和优化提供了辅助工具。对航天器舱段精度分析系统进行了介绍,并基于实例验证了系统的实用性。

英文摘要:

Connection precision verification and assembly datum changing will lead to iterative calculation of connection precision in spacecraft section.Therefore,connection structure and end face deviation of spacecraft section were analyzed.Then,extremum method,root-mean-square method and normal distribution method were used to calculate the synthesis deviation,relative deviation and offset along three directions of torsion,miss-shifted and bending.According to semantic analysis of spacecraft section,the spacecraft section,joint face model and variation ontology were constructed based on Web Ontology Language(OWL);storage and inference calculation of deviation data were performed based on ontology example.Rapid verification and result data output of connection precision were realized.It provided supplementary tools for repeated design and optimization of connection precision in spacecraft section.Finally precision analysis system for spacecraft section was introduced and its practicability was proved by example.
