为提高复杂机电产品中线缆布线的质量和装配可靠性,结合机电产品中的线缆研制流程,提出一种虚拟环境下的线缆布线设计、装配工艺规划和安装仿真集成方法,重点对虚拟环境下基于图论的线缆数字化模型建立、交互式线缆布线与敷设过程仿真、基于逆运动学和能量优化法的线缆运动仿真方法等关键技术进行阐述。所开发的线缆虚拟布线与敷设仿真系统已在航天产品的研制中得到局部应用,初步实现了线缆的数字取样和敷设过程仿真。
To improve the quality and reliability of cable harness wiring and assembly in complex electromechanical products,by combining cable harness development process,an integrated method for cable harness wiring design,assembly process planning and assembly process simulation in virtual environment was put forward.The key techniques such as graph based cable harness digital modeling,interactive virtual wiring and assembly process simulation and cable harness kinematic simulation based on inverse-kinematics and energy optimization were illustrated.The developed simulation system was applied locally in aerospace product design process at the present,and cable harness digital sampling and assembly process simulation were realized partially.
