为实现计算机辅助设计系统和虚拟装配系统之间模型数据信息的集成,提出了虚拟环境下基于标准数据格式的双向数据流模型转换方法。针对虚拟装配信息表达不完整的问题,在传统装配模型的基础上,提出面向产品装配工艺设计全过程的装配模型;提出了基于引用机制的分层模型数据结构,实现了对巨模型的数据管理和模型数据优化,并有效降低了计算机内存。自主开发了虚拟装配工艺规划及信息管理系统,对上述模型和算法的有效性进行了验证。
Based on standard data format,one bi-directional data-flow model conversion method was presented to realize Computer Aided Design-Virtual Reality(CAD-VR)data exchange.Aiming at incomplete expression of assembly information,an assembly model oriented to the entire process of product assembly process design was proposed.Furthermore,the hierarchical data structure based on instance mechanism was proposed.It realized data management for large-scale models,optimization of model data and reduce computer memory effectively.The methods were implemented and validated in the prototype system virtual assembly process planning.
