通过离子交换法合成了Fe-ZSM-5、Cu-ZSM-5、Cu-Fe-ZSM-5催化剂,利用XRD、TG-DTA、IR手段对催化剂进行了表征。讨论了离子交换次数、种类及加入非选择性还原剂对催化分解NO的影响。结果表明:随着Fe物种负载量的增加,催化活性有所提高;与Fe-ZSM-5和Cu-ZSM-5催化剂相比,ex-Fe+Cu催化剂的催化活性有较大的提高。在CO还原剂存在下,NO的转化率可达到80%。
Fe-ZSM-5、Cu-ZSM-5 and Cu-Fe-ZSM-5 catalysts were synthesized by ionic exchange and characterized by XRD、TG-DTA、IR.The effect of exchanging times,ionic species and unselectively reducing agent on the removal of NO was investigated.The results show that the catalytic activity increased with the amount of Fe species on ZSM-5 surface.Compared to Fe-ZSM-5 and Cu-ZSM-5,Cu-Fe-ZSM-5 performed higher activity,which the conversion of NO reached 80% under the existence of CO.
