针对翻车这一高速公路隧道多发事故类型,该文设计了一种用于高速公路隧道翻车事故快速救援的液压扶正设备。在比较现有大吊车救援方法,对其经济效益和应用前景进行分析的基础上,详细阐述了其工作原理.最后利用Madab/Simulink软件建立了高速公路隧道翻车事故液压扶正设备仿真模型并进行仿真实验。借助扶正过程中千斤顶、液压泵、换向阀、溢流阀、油箱等液压扶正设备主要部件的相应变化曲线,仿真结果表明,该文设计的液压扶正设备相比大吊车救援方法操作简便、快速高效。
As rollover accidents occur frequently in expressway tunnel, a hydraulic rectifying device for expressway rapid rescue is designed in this paper. On the basis of analysis of the economic benefits and application prospects in comparison to the existing large crane rescue method, the working principle of hydraulic rectifying device for expressway rapid rescue is elaborated, its simulation model is established and the simulation experiment is made using Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation results show that, by means of the corresponding curve of main components, such as jack, hydraulic pump, directional valve, relief valve, oil tank, the hydraulic rectifying device designed in this paper compared a large crane rescue method is simple, fast and efficient for operation.
