将知识转移与社会资本相联系,兼顾知识转移的直接、间接效应,构建出具有小世界特性的创新孵化网络知识转移模型,并运用仿真方法研究网络内知识转移规律。结果表明:具有小世界特性的创新孵化网络能提升知识的转移效率和配置效率;结构维、关系维、认知维社会资本与创新孵化网络知识转移效率正相关;在演化初期,结构维、认知维、关系维社会资本与知识资源配置效率并非完全正相关,但随着演化进程,三者均对知识资源配置效率产生正向作用。
Connecting knowledge transfer to social capital and considering the direct and indirect effects of knowl-edge transfer, the paper constructs a knowledge transfer model, and studies on knowledge transfer rules by simula-tions. The results show that: Innovation Incubation Network with the small world effect enhances knowledge trans-fer efficiency and allocation efficiency; structural, relational and cognitive social capital have positive effects on knowledge transfer efficiency; in the early stage of evolution, structural, relational and cognitive social capital don't have entirely positive correlation on knowledge resources allocation efficiency, but in the subsequent evolu-tion process, they have positive effects on knowledge resources allocation efficiency.
