高新技术的孵化愈来愈依赖于网络化运行形式来实现,本文全面系统地研究了高新技术孵化的网络化运行机理。基于不同创新主体在网络中的主导特性,将高新技术孵化网络化运行过程模式分为“科研院所一企业”双核主导型、企业单核主导型、多主体联合主导型三种类型,并分别从运行背景、网络关系及演化、关键要素等方面探析高新技术孵化的网络化运行机理。针对三种理论模式,选取沈鼓集团与大连理工大学的合作研究院模式、海信集团的内部技术孵化产业模式、中国干熄焦技术的联合攻关模式进行了深入的案例分析与比较,明确三种技术孵化网络化运行模式的差异,以供高新技术孵化实践参考借鉴。
Considering the realization of High-tech incubation increasingly depends on the net- worked operation, this paper studies the networked operation mechanism of the High-tech incu- bation systematically. Firstly, based on the dominant character of the actors in the network, the paper presents three networked operation models of High-tech incubation: dominated by two nu- cleuses of academic institution and enterprise, dominated by one nucleus of enterprise, and domi- nated by multi-actors jointly. Secondly, the paper focuses on the networked operation mechanism of the High-tech incubation from three aspects: the operation background, the network relations and its background, and the key elements. To explore this issue further and give effective impli- cations for practitioners, this paper presents the case study and comparison of "the cooperative research institute model of Shengu Air-conditioning and Dalian University of Technology", "the inner technology incubation model of Hisense Air-conditioning", and "the R&D and incubation alliance model of Chinese CDQ technology" , and points out the differences of the three models.
