英文摘要：
This paper focuses on the context of incubator＇s intra-networking, and defines social capital as containing both individual-level and collective-level social capital. Based on an explora- tive case study of the center for entrepreneurship and incubation of Dalian D-D Port, the impact mechanisms of individual-level and collective-level social capital on the growth of incubating enterprises in the context of incubator＇s intra-networking are further explored. It finds that individual-level social capital has impact on the growth of incubating enterprises by promoting resources acquisition; the resources sharing and the joint-value creation have an intermediary effect between collective-level social capital and the growth of incubating enterprises; collective-level social capital has a modulating effect between individual-level social capital and resources acquisition.
