In order to solve the problem of the creating and publishing of deep related data, this paper constructs an architecture based on DHC, through which not only computers can make full use of their computing power, but also people can give full play to the advantage of their cognitive ability to create and publish the deep-related data. And then, based on the architecture, this paper implements a creating and publishing platform of deep related data to testify the method proposed by this paper.
