随着知识时代的来临，知识管理对高校日益重要，推进知识整合成为高校知识管理的核心主题。知识整合的有效性决定了高校能否把内部和外部的知识资源整合为有组织的知识结构，进而提升高校的教学、科研及服务社会的水平。建立高校知识整合有效性DEA模型，并在此模型的基础上对某校12家二级学院的知识整合数据进行分析，结果证实运用数据包络分析法可以对高校知识整合的有效性进行评估。

In knowledge era,knowledge management is of increasing importance for universities.The core of university knowledge management is to promote knowledge integration,the effectiveness of which determines whether universities can integrate the internal and external knowledge sources into an organized structure and improve their proficiency in teaching,researching and serving the society.A DEA model of knowledge integration is established and used to analyze the knowledge integration data of 12 schools in one university.The results show that the model is solid in evaluating the effectiveness of university knowledge integration.
