目的:研究生长在中国东南部的南方红豆杉树皮的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和HPLC制备色谱法分离、纯化化学成分,用核磁共振技术鉴定化合物结构.结果:从生长在中国东南部的南方红豆杉树皮中分离得到了12个紫杉烷二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:紫杉吉酚(1)、decinnamoyltaxagifine(2)、19-debenzoyl-19-acetyltaxinine M(3)、9-二氢-13-乙酰基-巴卡亭Ⅲ(4)、7,9-dideacetylbaccatinⅣ(5)、1,3-二氢紫杉宁(6)、南方红豆杉醇C(7)、紫杉佐匹定J(8)、7-木糖基-10-去乙酰基紫杉醇A(9)、10-deacetyltaxol(10)、taxicinⅡ(11)、2α,7β,10β-triacetoxy-5α,13α-dihydroxy-2(3→20)abeotaxa-4(20),11-dien-9-one(12).结论:其中,化合物1、2、4~6、8、9、11和12为首次从南方红豆杉中分离得到,化合物7为首次从南方红豆杉树皮中分离得到.
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the bark of Taxus chinensis var. mairei collected from southeast of Chi- na. Methods:Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography, Prep-TLC, and preparative HPLC. The struc- tures were identified on the basis of 1 D-and 2D-NMR spectral analysis. Results:Twelve taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the bark of Taxus chinensis var. mairei grown in southeast of China. They were identified as : taxagifine ( 1 ) , decinnamoyltaxagifine ( 2 ) , 19-de- benzoyl - 19-acetyltaxinine M ( 3 ), 9-dihydro- 13 -acetyl-baccatin Ⅲ ( 4 ), 7,9 -dideacetylbaccatin Ⅳ ( 5 ), 1,3 -dihydro-taxinine ( 6 ), taxu- mairol C ( 7 ), taxezopidine J ( 8 ) , 7-xylosyl-10-deacetyl-taxol A ( 9 ), 10-deacetyltaxol ( 10 ) , taxicin Ⅱ ( 11 ), and 2α, 7β, 10β-triacetoxy- 5α, 13α-dihydroxy-2 ( 3→20 ) abeotaxa-4 ( 20 ) , 11-dien-9-one ( 12 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1,2,4 - 6,8,9,11 and 12 are obtained from this plant for the first time. Compound 7 is obtained from the bark of Taxus chinensis vat. mairei for the first time.
