目的:研究生长在13本仙台的东北红豆杉针叶中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱和HPLC制备色谱法分离、纯化化学成分,用核磁共振技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从生长在日本仙台的东北红豆杉针叶中分离得到6个非紫杉烷类化合物,分别鉴定为:4-[(1E)-3-羟基-1-丁烯基]-3,5,5-三甲基.2-环己烯-1-酮(1)、巨豆-5-烯-3,9-二醇(2)、60r-环氧-7-大柱香波龙烯-9-酮(3)、4-(4-羟基苯基)-2-丁酮(4)、12-羟基-α-香附酮(5)、黄芩素-7-0-α—L-鼠李糖苷(6)。结论:其中,化合物2~6为首次从红豆杉属中分离得到,化合物1为首次从东北红豆杉中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the needles of Taxus cuspidata collected from Japan. Methods:Chemi- cal constituents were isolated by column chromatography, TLC and preparative HPLC. The structures were identified on the basis of NMR spectral analysis. Results :Six non-taxoids were isolated and identified as :4-[ (1 E)-3-hydroxy-1-buten-1-yl ]-3,5,5-trimethyl-2- cyclohexen-1 -one( 1 ), megastigm-5-ene-3,9-diol ( 2 ), 6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one ( 3 ), 4-( 4-hydroxyphenyl ) -2-butanone ( 4 ), 12- hydroxy-α-cyperone ( 5 ), scutellarein-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (6). Conclusion : Compounds 2 - 6 are isolated from Taxus genus for the first time. Compound 1 is obtained from Taxus cuspidata for the first time.
