基于Matlab/Simulink应用环境,建立1/4车辆三自由度平顺性模型,对随机路面输入下的汽车平顺性进行仿真。应用参数敏感度理论,分析悬架弹簧刚度、悬架橡胶件垂向刚度、座椅刚度和轮胎刚度对座椅和地板垂向加速度均方根值的影响。根据仿真分析结果,对某款轿车橡胶元件进行了试验优化。仿真和试验结果表明:改变橡胶元件刚度可以有效地提高汽车平顺性。
A 1/4 three DOF vehicle ride model is build up which based on Matlab/Simulink application envi- ronment to simulate the vehicle running smooth of random road input. Parameter sensitivity theory is introduced to analysis the impact of the spring rate of the suspension, the vertical stiffness of rubber component of suspension, the stiffness of seat and tire on the vertical accelerate root mean square values. Then optimizate the rubber component of suspension system on the basis of the simulation result. The results of simulation and experiment verify that the comfortability can be effectively improved by changing the rubber components stiffness.
