为了准确表征厢式半挂车动态特性,在建立三自由度、五自由度简化模型,并提出符合厢式半挂车实际载荷分布情况的假设基础上,使用TruckSim数据并运用双模型与遗传算法相结合的方法对简化模型关键参数进行辨识。根据货物质量和侧向加速度设定了辨识工况点,并完成所设定的工况点参数辨识,利用辨识后的关键参数形成了以货物质量和侧向加速度为自变量的关键参数脉谱图,并利用辨识出的关键参数脉谱图和五自由度简化模型进行动态工况仿真验证。结果表明:利用双模型与遗传算法相结合的方法辨识出的关键参数和其形成的脉谱图,能够满足简化模型动态表征厢式半挂车实际状态的要求,可为车辆状态估计和稳定性控制提供基础。
In order to accurately characterize the dynamic characteristics of container semi-trailer, 3-DOF and 5-DOF simplified model of container semi-trailer were established and the load distribution assumption conforming to container semi-trailer's actual situation was proposed. Key parameters of models were identified by combining double models and genetic algorithm and using TruckSim data. Identification operating states were set based on cargo weight and lateral acceleration. Parameters identification was completed for all identification operating states. MAPs of key parameters, with the cargo weight and lateral acceleration as independent variables, were made using the key identification parameters. Simulation verification for the dynamic condition of the model was carried out with the MAPs of key identification parameters and 5-DOF simplified model. The results indicate that the key parameters identified by the method combining double models and genetic algorithm and the MAPs of key identification parameters can satisfy the need of characterizing the actual states of container semi-trailer, which lays a foundation for vehicle state estimation and stability control.
