[目的]对中国老年护理核心能力测评量表（GNCI）进行修订与验证。[方法]采用国内学者王章安研制的中国老年护理核心能力测评量表,对量表进行修订后对480名护理人员进行调查,运用SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0进行统计分析。[结果]量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.939,各维度Cronbach’sα系数为0.754~0.940,Guttman分半信度为0.846,量表各维度间的相关系数为0.531~0.863（P〈0.01）,各维度与总量表之间的相关系数为0.805~0.890（P〈0.01）;探索性因子分析抽取7个因子,累计解释的总方差为73.738%;结构方程模型结果显示模型能很好地拟合数据,该量表的模型拟合效果良好。[结论]修订后的中国老年护理核心能力测评量表具有较高的信、效度,可以用于护理人员老年护理核心能力水平的评估。

英文摘要：

Objective：To revise and verify Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory .Methods ：A total of 480 nur-ses were surveyed by using revised Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory which was developed by the domes-tic scholar Wang Zhang’an ,and then using SPSS17 .0 and AMOS7 .0 to carry out the statistical analysis .Results：The total Cronbach’s αcoefficient of the scale was 0 .939 .Cronbach’sαcoefficients of all dimensions were 0 .754~0 .940 ,split half reliability of Guttman was 0 .846 ,correlation coefficients between all dimensions were 0 .531~0 .863（P〈0 .01） ,correlation coefficients between all dimensions and total scale were 0 .805~0 .890（P〈0 .01）;exploratory factor analysis extracted seven factors which explained the total accumulated variance was 73 .738% ;structural equation model results showed that model could well fit the data ,the model fitting effect of the scale was good .Conclusion ：The revised Geriatric Nursing Competency Inventory had higher reliability and validity , which could be used to assess the geriatric nursing competency of nursing personnel .
