[目的]了解养老护理中心从事老年护理人员胜任力、工作投入现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。[方法]采用老年护理人员一般资料调查表、老年护理胜任力测评量表、护士工作投入量表对5所养老护理中心421名从事老年护理人员进行问卷调查。[结果]老年护理人员胜任力得分为(2.19±0.38)分,处于中等水平;一般资料中工作目的与老年护理人员胜任力呈负相关;工作投入量表总体和各维度均分〈4分,处于低水平;相关性分析显示:老年护理人员胜任力各维度与工作投入得分呈正相关(r值为0.426~0.643)。[结论]管理部门应该关注老年护理人员胜任力的培养,从而提高工作投入水平。
Objective: To know about the status quo of competence and job involvement of nurses engaged in thegeriatric nursing in maintenance center,and io probe into the correlation between them. Methods:A to ta lo f 421 nurses engaging in the elderly nursing in 5 maintenance centers received a questionnaire survey by using the general information questionnaire of geriatric nursing s ta f f , geriatric nursing competency assessment scale,nurse job involvement scale. Results:The geriatric nursing staffs competency score was (2. 19士 0. 38) ,which was in the m iddle level. The job purpose in general information was negatively correlated with the competengeriatric nursing staff. The overall score and all d imensions scores of the job involvement scale were less than 4, and was in a low level. Correlation analysis showed that the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with job involvement of geriatric nursing staff(r =0 . 426 - 0. 643). Conclusions: The administrative department should pay attention to the training of the elderly nursing staffs competence, so as to increase their job involve-ment.
