传统的管理模式已经不能满足和适应项目复杂性管理的需要,本文在系统梳理相关文献的基础上归纳了项目复杂性定义及其来源因素,从项目复杂性度量、单一项目复杂性管理和项目组合复杂性管理方面总结了项目复杂性管理的研究内容,并探讨了未来的研究方向。
英文摘要：
Traditional management model has been unable to meet and adapt to the complexity of the engineering project management. On the basis of related literature, this paper summarizes the definitions of engineering project complexity and its various sources. Then the literature of complexity management is respectively analyzed from three aspects, e. g. , complexity measurement, the complexity management of single engineering project, and the complexity management of project portfolio. Finally, this paper proposes several directions in order to arouse more attention in perspective.
