目前在大中城市中应用智能手机叫车软件搭乘出租车成为受到广泛关注的出行现象,本文通过考虑存在叫车服务即出租车派遣服务模式,建立了信息系统下出租车运营市场网络均衡模型.该模型在获得出租车运营市场相关数据的基础上,通过设计的算法可以求出各个节点的顾客平均等待时间.在数值实验中,分析了模型中不同参数值对于算例网络中各个节点的顾客平均等待时间的影响程度.结果表明各种参数值的变化对减少顾客平均等待时间的影响不同,其中降低空驶过程中出租车司机选择乘客及服务模式的随机程度对降低各个节点顾客平均等待时间影响显著,而各节点处乘客需求量和到达的随机程度,以及叫车服务费用对于各节点顾客平均等待时间的降低影响并不明显.
Taking taxi by calling system in metropolitans get increasing popular in China. Considering this taxi dispatching service, this paper proposes an equilibrium model of urban taxi service network with information systems. Based on the traffic data in taxi service network, the model is able to calculate average customer waiting times in each region using corresponding algorithms. Then, a numerical example is given to illustrate the relationship between average customer waiting time and values of parameters in the model. The result reveals that the degree of uncertainty in choosing customer and service mode when taxi is vacant plays an important role in reducing customer average waiting times; the degree of uncertainty on customer demand and taxi services from the perspective of individual taxi drivers and the communication cost in dispatch service mode cannot obviously affect customer's average waiting times.
