目的 了解深圳特区不同饮食习惯人群的自测健康状况。方法 应用自测健康评定量表(SRHMSV1.0)对深圳特区5940名居民进行现场测试。结果 深圳特区居民在每周食用不同天数的新鲜蔬菜和水果、鱼、瘦肉和禽、豆类和豆制品、奶及奶制品的SRHMSV1.0总分存在显著差异(P〈0.05),其中每周食用5-7天的人群分值较高,1-2天或小于1天的分值较低;而每周食用不同天数的含油和脂肪多的食物的人群的SRHMSV1.0总分无显著性差异,其中小于1天的人群的心理健康最好。结论 SRHMSV1.0是一个能客观、准确地反映人群健康状况的量表,深圳特区不同饮食习惯人群的自测健康状况存在差异。
Objective To find out the status of self-rated health among the diverse dietetic habit crowd in Shen zhen City. Methods 5940 individuals were received SRHMS V1.0 assessment in Shenzhen City. Results The results showed that self-rated health was significantly different in fresh vegetable and fruit, fish, muscle, birds, legume and their products, milk and its products, which eated 5-7 days a week was highest, 1- 2 days or under 1 day were the lowest (P〈0.05) ; but no significantly different in the food of excessive lard and fat, under i day was the best in psychosocial health. Conclusion SRHMS V1.0 is the measure to truly reflect crowd health. The self-rated health is multidi- mensional different to diverse dietetic habit crowd in Shenzhen City.
