目的 研究肾移植患者的自测健康影响因素。方法 2005年6～12月采取随机抽样方法选取我院肾移植科门诊患者300人，采用自测健康评定量表（SRHMS V1.0）现场测试或信函调查。结果 肾移植术后不同时间肾移植患者的生理健康、心理健康、社会健康和健康评定总分间差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05），肾移植术后时间〈3个月者健康总分得分最低，6个月～2年的患者得分最高。血肌酐水平不同肾移植患者的自测生理健康、心理健康、社会健康和健康评定总分间差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05），血肌酐〈133μmol／L者健康总分得分最高，血肌酐〉221μmol／L者得分最低。服用普乐可复者的心理健康、社会健康评分与服用环孢素者间差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），而自测生理健康评分间差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论 肾移植术后时间、血肌酐水平和服用免疫抑制药物影响肾移植患者的自测健康。

Objective To study factors that influence the self-rated health status in patients received kidney transplantation, Methods By random sampling, 300 outpatients received kidney transplantation from department of kidney transplantation were selected as subjects to assess their self- rated health status with Self - Rated Health Measurement Scale （ SRHMS V1. 0）, The uniform - printed questionnaires were conducted through interview on the spot or by mail. Results The physiological health, psychological health, social health subscales and total health score of SRHMS V1.0 were significantly different in kidney transplantation patients in different times after operation （ P 〈 0. 05）. The patients with kidney transplantation less than three months had the lowest total health score （293. 29 ± 67.00）, and the patients with kidney transplantation from six months to two years had the highest score （339. 95±39. 78）. The physiological health, psychological health, social health subscales and total health score of SRHMS V1.0 were significantly different in kidney transplantation patients of different levels of blood creatinine （ P 〈0. 05） ; the patients with blood creatinine less than 133μmoL/L had the highest score （329. 80 ±49. 60）, the patients with blood creatinine more than 221μmoL/L had the lowest score （269. 56±65.26）. There were significant difference in psychological score and social score between the patients received Cyclosporine and Tacrolimus （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but there was no significant difference in physiological score （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The self - rated health status of kidney transplantation patients were affected by the time after kidney transplantation operation, level of blood creatinine, and medication of immuno - suppressants.
