针对产品开发项目中存在的资源约束问题,提出了基于设计结构矩阵的任务规划方法。使用设计结构矩阵中的划分、联合运算将任务划分成不同的层次;通过不断调整规划方案,得到资源约束下的项目最短执行工期,避免了其他算法所需的编码、交叉等操作,具有简单、直观、易于计算机实现等特点。通过求解某电子产品开发项目的任务规划问题,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at resource constraints problem existing in product development projects,a new task scheduling method based on Design Structure Matrix(DSM) was put forward.Tasks were divided into different layers by using partitioning and banding algorithms in DSM.Through modified the scheduling scheme gradually,the shortest project duration under resource constraints was obtained.This method omitted operations such as coding,crossover which were required by other algorithms.The proposed method was simple,direct and easy to realize on computer.Its feasibility and efficiency were proved by a task scheduling example of an electronic product development.
