本文针对玻璃真空管内插热管式太阳能集热器的结构特点、非稳态效率进行了研究。通过能量平衡分析和实验对比,对两种集热器的非稳态效率进行了分析研究,得出较为理想的非稳态效率方程。理论分析与实验结果表明:玻璃真空管内插热管式集热器与全玻璃真空管式集热器相比,热容小、启动快、防冻抗冻能力强、能承压、稳定、安全运行,具有较好的高温效率特性和保温特性,非稳态效率高出15%左右,为其在太阳能膜蒸馏系统上的应用研究奠定了基础。
Researching on the configuration and unsteady solar collector tube with an inserted heat pipe in this paper state efficiency of the glass evacuated Via energy equilibrium analysis and experiment contrast, the instantaneous efficiency of both this collector tube and all-glass evacuated collector has been studied, the result shows that the perfect instantaneous efficiency equation has been derived through. Theoretic analysis and experiment results show that : In comparison with all-glass evacuated collector, it has small heat capacity, thermal inertia, appropriate anti-freezing capability, and running pressure-resistant, safely and steady, so that this collector has better characteristic both high temperature efficiency and heat preservation, and its instantaneous efficiency is almost 15% higher than that of all-glass evacuated collector. This research work has laid the foundation for application study of the solar membrane distillation system.
