针对干法除尘蒸发冷却器中高温转炉烟气条件下的单颗粒水滴蒸发过程进行了研究,在传统液滴蒸发模型的基础上,引入了"薄膜理论",建立了一个简化的蒸发模型,在模型中考虑了随温度变化的热物性参数、Stefan流、以及液滴瞬态加热等因素对水滴蒸发过程的影响,得到了瞬间蒸发速率、液滴表面温度、液滴直径随蒸发时间的变化规律,以及烟气温度、液滴初始直径对蒸发过程的影响规律.为进一步研究干法除尘转炉烟气中液滴蒸发机理奠定一定的理论基础.
Against the background of dry dedusting for converter gas,the evaporation droplet was studied.Based on the traditional model of droplet evaporation,the thin-film theory was proposed and a simplified evaporation model was developed.Considering the effect of thermophysical parameters varied with temperature,Stefan flow and instaneous heating on evaporation process,the change law of some parameters was obtained,which include evaporating rate,dropsurface temperature,droplet diameter.And also the influence law of various gas temperature and initial diameter to evaporation process was explored under this consideration.The evaporation of a single droplet provides a theoretical foundation for the further research of evaporation mechanism in the converter gas.
