摘要:为了寻找合适的研究太阳能加热沼气池系统的数值方法,为太阳能集热器的选择提供依据,作为基础性研究工作,建立了电加热沼气池实验台,并利用Fluent软件对系统内的换热过程进行了数值模拟。在数值模拟之前,通过计算热量平衡来分析试验数据并对有偏差的数据予以修正,然后采用修正的试验数据,编写UDF表征动态边界条件,通过瑞利数的判断选用标准湍流模型,数值求解系统的非稳态过程。数值模拟结果:模拟过程基本反映了试验情况,模拟数据与试验数据吻合良好,二者误差在1%以内。该数值模拟分析准确,方法可靠。
In order to find the suitable numerical provide evidence for the selection of solar collector, methods of solar heating biogas digester system to as a basic research work, an electric heating biogas digester experiment device was established; and used fluent software to simulate the process of the heat transfer in the system. Before simulation, through the calculation of heat balance to analyze the experi- mental data and modified the deviation data, then used the modified experimental data, compile UDF to characterize the dynamic boundary conditions, through the Raleigh number judgment to choose stan- dard turbulence model, numerical solving the transient process. Numerical simulation results: simula- tion process basically reflected the experiment, the simulation data and experimental data were good agreement, and error within 1%. The conclusion: the numerical simulation analysis was accurate, method was reliable.
