目的:在前期脑瘫双生子病证结合研究的基础上,进一步进行了基因表达谱的研究,整体把握脑瘫患儿与正常儿之问存在的微观差异,以加深对该病证认识,为提供新的治疗途径与诊断方法打下基础。方法:人22000点的全基因组表达谱芯片检测与信息挖掘。结果:获得差异表达基因2703条,其中1272条上调,1431条基因下调。结论:对某一特异性状或表型而言,采用双生子作为研究对象,利用基因芯片的方法可高效的涌现代表该病证特征的差异基因。
Objective:On the basis the front study, in order to understand overall of children with cerebral palsy and normal children between the micro -differences ,gene expression profiling research was carried out fttrther,whieh can provide new thempeutic approaches and diagnostic methods to lay the groundwork. Methods : Human 22,000 point genome - wide expression profiling chip detection and information mining. Results : There are differentially expressed genes 2703,1272 up - regulated while 1431 down -regulated gene. Conclusion:As for a speeifie shape or phenotype, the twins in the same genetic background, combining to microarray can harvest the representative gene of the disease in the emergence of high - performance.
