State feedback controllers are designed for some linear systems with unbounded time-delay. Asymptotic stability via feedback control is studied. Some sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability of the closed-loop systems are derived by Lyaponov theory. Several examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
