Objective： To investigate Gefitinib chromatographic retention on lung cancer cell by cell membrane chromatography. Methods：A cell membrane stationary phase （CMSP） was prepared by immobilizing human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell hne A549 on the surface of a silica carrier In this model, the column （ 10 mm×2 mm, I. D. ） packed with CMSP, 5 mmol/L potassium phosphate buffer solutions （ pH 7.4） as mobile phase with the flow rate of 0.2 mL/min at 37.5 ℃were used in the following studies. The retention characteristic of the Gefitinib was investigated under the chromatographic conditions above at the wave length of 253nm. Results： Gefitinib can retain on the lung cancer cell membrane. Conclusion： Gefitinib can retain on the lung cancer cell membrane chromatographic column, and can be further take into research.
