目的:检测血红素加氧酶-1(hemeoxygenase,HO-1)与多药耐药相关蛋白2(muhidrug resistanceassociated protein2,MRP2)在原发性胆囊癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胆囊癌发生、发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测67例原发性胆囊癌患者中HO-1和MRP2的表达水平。结果:原发胆囊癌组织HO-1和MRP2表达的总阳性率分别为73.1%、77.6%。其中腺癌的阳性率为76.7%和80%。依据病理分级,HO-1和MRP2表达水平由高到低分别为Ⅲ级〉Ⅱ级〉Ⅰ级,且具有统计学差异(P=0.028,P=0.023);HO-1、MRP2的阳性表达与年龄、性别等临床特征无相关性;HO-1和MRP2表达之间具有良好的相关性(r=0.324,P=0.005)。结论:HO-1和MRP2在原发性胆囊癌组织高表达,对胆囊癌的发生、发展提供有利条件,二者之间表达具有良好的相关性。
Objective:To detect expression of heme oxygenase ( HO - 1 ) and multidrug resistance - associated protein 2 ( MRP2 ), and investigate its significance in primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods : Sixty - seven patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma entered this study. Immunohistochemistry (SP assay) and image analysis was used to semiquantitatively detect the expression of HO - 1 and MRP2 protein. Results : Positive expression rates of HO - 1 and MRP2 were 73.1% and 77.6% respectively in primary gallbladder carcinoma. The expression of HO -1 and MRP2 had a significantly correlation with pathological grading (P =0. 028 ,P = 0. 023 ). HO -1 and MRP2 expression level showed no statistical associated with sex and age. Conclusion: Both of HO - 1 and MRP2 overexpressed in primary gallbladder carcinoma and may play certain role in development of primary gallbladder carcinoma.
