目的检测核因子E2 p45相关因子2(Nrf2)与血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)在原发性胆囊癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胆囊癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测59例原发性胆囊癌患者Nrf2和HO-1的表达水平。结果原发胆囊癌组织中Nrf2和HO-1表达的强阳性率分别为76.3%、80.7%。随着转移程度、Nevin分级以及病理分级的增加,Nrf2和HO-1的强阳性表达率增加,且具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。两者的强阳性表达与年龄、性别等临床特征无相关性;Nrf2和HO-1表达之间具有相关性(r=0.376,P〈0.05)。结论 Nrf2和HO-1在原发性胆囊癌组织中存在高表达,对胆囊癌的发生、发展起一定作用。
Objective To detect the expression of nuclear factor-erythroid 2 p45-related factor 2(Nrf2) and heme oxygenase(HO-1),and investigate its correlation with the genesis and development of primary gallbladder carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry(SP assay) was used to detect the expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 protein in 59 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma.Results Highly positive expression rate of Nrf2 and HO-1 was 76.3% and 80.7%,respectively,in primary gallbladder.The expression of Nrf2 and HO-1 had a significant correlation with metastasis,Nevin staging,and differentiation(P0.05),but showed no significant association with sex or age.The expression of Nrf2 had a positive correlation with that of HO-1(r=0.376,P0.05).Conclusion Both Nrf2 and HO-1 are overexpressed in primary gallbladder carcinoma and may play a certain role in the genesis and development of primary gallbladder carcinoma.
