本文测量了传统铸态及喷射成形态Al-40Si-0.35Re合金在NaCl溶液中的电化学极化曲线,并采用扫描电镜对腐蚀前后的微观结构进行了观察。结果表明,喷射态Al-40Si-0.35Re合金的组织得到了明显细化,但其耐腐蚀性能与铸态相比明显下降。
Electrochemical corrosion behaviors of Al-40Si-0.35Re alloy which made by casting and spray method separately were studied by linear polarization method.The microstructure of samples before and after corrosion was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the spray-forming Al-40Si-0.35Re alloy behaves a refined microstructure,however,the corrosion resistance obviously decrease compared with the casting alloy.
