研究了650℃时效处理对2205双相不锈钢组织的影响,发现,650℃时效5 h,钢中开始有中间相析出,析出相集中在α相及α/γ相界。TEM物相分析表明,析出相有R相和σ相。此外,随着时效时间的延长,γ相的硬度无明显变化,而α相的硬度则逐渐升高。
The effect of aging treatment at 650 ℃ on the phase structure of 2205 duplex stainless steel was investigated.The study reveals that intermediate phases begin to precipitate and concentrate at the α phase and α/γ phase boundaries in the steel when aged at 650 ℃ for 5 h.TEM phase analysis indicates that the precipitates are Rphase and σ phase.In addition,with the prolongation of aging time,the hardness of γ phase do not vary appreciably,but the hardness of α phase increases progressively.
