BiFeO3 is a kind of ferroelectromagnetics material with a simultaneous coexistence of ferroelectric and antiferromagnetic at room temperature,which has potential applications in new type memory devices and spintronics devices in the future.The research progress on the ferroelectric properties of elements-doping BiFeO3 material is summarized in this paper,and the development of BiFeO3 is also prospected.
