刘家峡水电厂在长期运行过程中,既承担一定的电网备用容量,又担负着繁重的下游综合用水任务,会产生大量的空耗水量,针对这一问题,提出了以机组空载流量为依据的空耗水量计算方法,通过对刘家峡水电厂2003年实际产生的空耗水量的分析,制定了相应的空耗考核标准及考核等级,从而为提高水能利用率,优化厂内经济运行,进一步提高调度管理水平提供了理论依据。
Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant has been running for a long period of time, in addition to a certain volume of reserve capacities for the electrical network, it takes on heavy tasks of water supply to the downstream of the river basin, therefore, a large volume of water loss is induced. In consideration of the fact, a method for calculating the volume of water loss was proposed based on the no-load discharges of the generator units. It was used to analyze the actual water loss of Liujiaxia Hydropower Plant in 2003, and the checking criterion and the checking grade of the volume of water loss were formulated. The result provides a theoretical basis for improving the utilization rate of water energy, optimizing the running of the plant, and further raising the level of plant regulation and management.
