在水利水电工程施工导流中,由于投资和临时建筑物规模等原因,导流标准不可能被定的太高。因此如何保证导流施工期安全生产,应对超标准洪水,降低导流风险具有重要的理论和工程应用价值。本文以蜀河水电站施工导流为例,在对水库防洪风险和施工导流风险研究的基础上,提出利用上游已建水库控泄减小下游施工导流风险的方法,在不.增加安康水库自身防洪风险的前提下,给出了其临时调度规则。最后,对既考虑区间人流又考虑上游水库控泄要求的情况,引入组合概率方法,计算下游施工导流风险。风险分析结果表明这种方法安全可行,可有效降低蜀河各施工期导流风险。
In diversion period of hydro projects, the diversion criteria could not be extreme high because of large investment and temporary construction size, therefore, how to ensure construction safety in diversion period with the flood exceeding the diversion criteria and how to reduce the diversion flood risk, has an important value not only on the theory but also on the engineering application. Shuhe hydropower project construction is taken as an example, a new method to reduce the diversion flood risk by discharge control of existing upstream Ankang reservoir is presented based on the risk analysis of Ankang reservoir flood preventing and Shuhe project construction. Furthermore, the temporary operation rules of Ankang reservoir are presented on the basis without increasing the flooa risk of itself. Finally, composite, probability method is introduced to compute the diversion risk rate with considering both Ankang - Shuhe interval flood and discharge control of Ankang reservoir. Risk analysis indicates that this method is feasible and it can reduce the diversion risk effectively in different construction stages of Shuhe hydropower project.
