在绿色供应链体系中,为提高生产制造过程中产生废物收运处置的效率,针对单一产品的制造库存系统,提出了三种模式,即同步制造收运(模式1)、多次收运(模式2)以及多个制造周期进行一次收运(模式3),并采用传统决策与综合性决策,以最小化制造库存系统与废物存储系统的总成本为目的,在存储容量约束与存储时间约束条件下构建公式,找出最优收运模式。通过改变废物产生率和相关成本的参数,观察各系统成本的变化。实验结果分析表明,在综合性决策下,管理者选择最优收运模式的系统总成本可达最小。
To improve the disposal efficiency of waste generated during manufacturing process in green supply chain system,aiming at manufacturing inventory system of single product,the following modes were proposed: simultaneous manufacturing and disposal(No.1 mode),multiple waste disposal(No.2 mode) and single disposal for multiple manufacturing cycle(No.3 mode).By adopting traditional decision strategy and integrated decision strategy,with cost minimization of total manufacturing inventory system and waste disposal system as objects,the formula was constructed under constraints of both storage capacity limit and storage time limit,besides,the optimal disposal mode was obtained.By changing the waste generation rate and related cost parameters,the cost changes for each system was observed.The result of experiment showed that the total system cost could be minimum when the manager selected the optimal disposal mode under the integrated decision.
