为了有效地解决同时含有市场风险与质量风险因素的两级供应链成员收益分享问题,针对单一上游供应商与下游零售商构成的报贩供应链系统,提出批发价驱动模式(模式1)和销售代理驱动模式(模式2)两种供应链模式.在两模式中均由供应商承担质量风险,并基于贝叶斯方法建立了计量型与计数型抽样检验模型.以供应链成员收益最大化为目标构建公式,综合市场风险成本与质量风险成本,对两供应链模式进行比较.数值分析结果表明,当市场价较大时,模式2可同时提高供应商与零售商的收益,且两模式的差异随着市场价增加而变大.
To solve the revenue sharing problem for a two-echelon supply chain model contained both market demand uncertainty and product quality risk effectively, aiming at the newsvendor supply chain system with a single upstream supplier and downstream retailer, two supply chain modes of wholesale-price driven contract mode (mode 1) and sales-agent contract mode (mode 2) were proposed. The product quality risk was assumed by supplier, and variable sampling plan and attributes sampling plan were established based on Bayesian theory. The formula was constructed aiming at the revenue maximization of supply chain member. The proposed two modes were compared by considering market risk cost and product quality risk cost comprehensively. The result showed that the revenue of retailer and supplier could be both improved with mode 2, and the difference for the two modes was larger with the increase of market price.
