全桥硬开关电路采用双极性调制方式时,其并网地电流能够得到有效抑制,但硬开关电路开关频率较低,不利于提升功率密度。此处分析了单相复合有源箝位逆变器采用双极性调制时的软开关条件。为实现所有功率器件的零电压开关(zVS)运行,设计了双极性软开关脉宽调制(PWM)方式。采用软开关技术后.功率器件开关频率得到提升。最后在一个3kW逆变器平台上对所有功率器件的软开关运行进行了验证。
The ground leakage current of the full-bridge inverter is suppressed by using bipolar modulation scheme. But the switching frequency is low in hard switching condition.The soft-switching conditions of the single phase com- pound active clamping inverter by using bipolar modulation scheme are analyzed.In order to achieve zero voltage switehing(ZVS ) on of all the power devices, the ZVS PWM scheme is designed.The switching frequency is improved by using the soft switching technology.The soft-switching operation of all the power devices is verified in a 3 kW inverter platform.
