A mathematical model for HTLV-I infection with CTL response and intracellular delay is investigated in this paper.By constructing Lvapunov functionals, we obtained if R_0≤1,R_1≤1R_0,R_11.the infection-free equilibrium E_0,the immune-free equilibrium E_1 and the chronic-infection equilibrium E_2 of system(1.1) are globally asymptotically attractive,respectively.
