在模拟集输-上升管路系统的实验装置上,对消除严重段塞流现象的气举法进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,采用上升管下部注气的方法可以消除严重段塞流现象,实现管道出口气液的稳定流动,减小系统的最高压力,同时可以防止上游水平管内出现高频率的长液塞流动。分析发现,当注入气体流量增大到上升管中流型转变为块状流型时就可以消除严重段塞流现象,而气举法所需的最佳注入气量可以采用流型图来判断和计算。
The gas-lift method for severe slugging elimination was studied in a laboratory facility which simulated deepwater pipeline-riser systems. It was found that gas injection at riser base could eliminate the severe slugging and stabilize the gas and liquid flow rates at the riser outlet. Also this method could reduce the maximum pressure of the system and prevent the occurrence of the high frequency slug flow with long liquid slugs in the upstream horizontal pipeline. From the observations, it was found that the severe slugging could be suppressed while enough gas was injected to bring the flow pattern in the riser into the churn flow. Therefore, the flow pattern maps can be used to estimate the proper gas flow rate of injection to eliminate the severe slugging
