我国要构建知识型社会,科研人员的培养和发展相当关键,通过从科研组织的个体层面出发,结合相关理论采用问卷调查,对人力资本、社会资本与创新行为关系构建了相关模型,展开实证研究,探讨了变量间的相互关系,从而得出:在个体层面,人力资本与社会资本对于创新行为存在显著正向影响。
With a combination of theory and the empirical study, we researched the scientific organizations with the questionnaire survey to explore the relationship of human capital, social capital and innovation of relations on the individual level. This paper conclude: on the individual level, human capital and social capital has a positive effect on innovation behavior.
