研发创新是推动战略性新兴产业高端化发展的重要突破口。本文运用战略性新兴产业上市公司样本,研究环境规制、企业规模差异等因素对研发创新的影响。研究表明:全样本估计中,环境规制激发了研发创新,企业规模与研发创新呈U型关系;产业分类估计中,仅在部分产业,环境规制促进了研发创新,企业规模与研发创新呈U型特征;分地区估计中,在东部地区,环境规制促进了研发创新,企业规模与研发创新呈U型关系,中西部地区均不显著;政策后的环境规制激励了研发创新,企业规模与研发创新呈U型特征,政策效应显著。上述研究为政府制定适宜政策,提供重要依据。
RD innovation is an important breakthrough to realize the advanced development of the strategic emerging industries. This paper uses the data of listed companies in strategic emerging industries and studies the impact of environmental regulation, enterprise scale and other factors on the RD innovation. Research shows that, in the full sample as a whole, the environmental regulation promotes the RD innovation of enterprises, and the scale of enterprises and RD innovation are "U" relationship. In the industry classification,environmental regulation is a significant promotion to RD innovation in some industries, and the enterprise scale and RD innovation are "U" relationship in some industries. In the estimation of the sub region, the environmental regulation promotes the RD innovation of enterprises, and the scale of enterprises and RD innovation are "U" relationship in the eastern region. And in the Midwest, both are not remarkable. In the estimation of policy effect, environmental regulation promotes the RD innovation of enterprises, and the scale of enterprises and RD innovation are "U" relationship after the policy. The above research provides an important basis for the government to formulate appropriate policies.
