通过对组织势以往研究的综述,总结了学者们对组织势定义的3种视角:概念应用视角、系统构型视角和战略行为视角,比较了不同视角下研究方法和研究结论的差异性。此外,提出对组织势未来研究的建议与展望,旨在加深对组织势的清晰化和本土化理解,进而更有效地指导管理实践。
Organizational momentum is a key concept in the process of organizational change.Based on a review of previous studies,this study summarizes three perspectives which researchers used to define momentum:phenomenon application perspective,systematic configuration perspective,and strategic action perspective.This study compares divergence of research methods and conclusions of momentum studies under three different perspectives.Finally some suggestions and prospects for future studies on organizational momentum are proposed,aiming at enhancing the understanding of momentum more clearly and more indigenously,by which some efficient guidance to management practice can be provided.
