Financial agglomeration can promote financial industry and innovation-entrepreneurial activities more closely-connected. Through the empirical analysis of each province＇ s data by-panel VAR model, the author explores the coupling relationship between financial agglomeration and innovation and entrepreneurship. The result indicates regional financial agglomeration＇ s promotion to innovation that also propels financial collection. However, the long-term funding needs, which entrepreneurial enterprises desire, increase the risk that financial institutions burden and extend revenue duration, making the regional entrepreneurship fail to promote financial agglomeration efficiently. It is necessary for the government to promote the integration of regional financial resources, improve financial agglomeration and radiation ability and increase supervision, reduce the risk of venture investment, so as to forma virtuous circle of regional financial agglomeration and mutual promotion among innovative entrepreneurship and to achieve stable and sustainable development.
