从人口特征的视角研究了研发(R&D)人员工作满意度的影响因素。通过对上海市215个R&D人员的调查数据分析,发现除了职务之外,性别、婚姻状况、年龄、受教育程度、公司年资、收入水平等对工作满意度(包括报酬、晋升、管理者、福利、认可、规章制度、同事、工作本身和沟通等方面的满意度)有不同程度的影响。最后,对研究结果进行了讨论并提出了管理建议。
The With the survey worker's gender, variance of R&D workers" job satisfaction was analyzed from the perspective of demography data of 215 samples collected in foreign-invested enterprises of IC industry in Shanghai, the marriage, age, education, longtime in company, and salary, exception of position, have significant effects on job satisfaction. Finally, some results and suggestions for management have been discussed.
