根据弹塑性有限元理论,建立了膨胀套管膨胀所需膨胀液压力与摩擦因数、膨胀率、膨胀锥锥角的非线性接触的有限元力学模型。通过所建模型的求解,对膨胀液压力的影响因素进行了深入研究,并定量分析了摩擦因数、膨胀率、膨胀锥锥角对膨胀力的影响规律。研究表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,膨胀液压力随摩擦因数或膨胀膨胀幅度增加而线性增大,随膨胀锥角的增大,膨胀液压力呈现先减小后增大的规律。此研究为膨胀工艺的设计提供了理论参考。
According to FEM theory, a non-linear FEM contact analyses model which hydraulic driving force, friction coefficient, expansion rate and cone angle of solid expandable tubular (SET) was established. The result solved by this model is consistent with that measured in the test, and quantitative analysis of the friction coefficient, expansion rate, expansion cone angle of the hydrau- lic driving force of law. Research suggests that in other conditions being equal, only change the friction coefficient, expansion rate, expansion cone angle, hydraulic driving force increases linearly with the expansion of the friction coefficient or expansion rate increasing, with the expansion cone angle increases, hydraulic driving force decreases at first and then increases. The study provides a theoretical reference for designing the suitable expansion plan.
