基于残余应力的热采井套管安全评价分析

针对热采井中套管接头螺纹发生漏失和滑脱现象,采用有限元数值模拟,得到井筒的温度场分布,将温度场导入到应力场中计算套管残余拉应力与吞吐周期的变化规律,并进行曲线拟合,建立了适合于蒸汽吞吐过程中套管残余应力评估的关系式;结合套管的剩余强度和极限剩余强度对套管进行了安全评价。该研究结果为建立合理的热采井套管损坏预防措施提供了理论依据。

英文摘要:

In order to handle leakage and slippage of casing threaded connector in steam stimulation, temperature field was obtained by using finite element method (FEM). Temperature field was imported to stress field to calculate varying history of casing residual stress with stimulation cycles, and the formula suitable for evaluating the residual stress on casing was established by curve fitting. Safety evaluation to casing was made through the formula, residual stiffness and ultimate residual stiffness. The analysis provided theory reference to set up advisable preventive measures for casing failure in steam injection well.
