可膨胀套管螺纹连接是膨胀套管技术中的关键技术之一,开展膨胀套管螺纹连接技术的研究有助于该技术在国内的发展和应用。借助于有限元力学分析软件,设计了一种非API特殊钩形螺纹端面金属自密封可膨胀螺纹结构,并对其进行了有限元力学分析,详细讨论了其密封完整性。结果表明:在膨胀前,金属密封性非常好,但在膨胀后,由于内密封面和外密封面变形不协调,使得膨胀后密封性能有所下降;在母螺纹根部设计密封槽,并安装1个橡胶密封圈,能有效地保证其密封的完整性。
The expandable casing thread connection is one of the key techniques of the expandable casing,the technology of the special thread of the expandable casing was studied to help its development and application at home.With the finite element analysis software,the structure of a nonAPI special hook-shaped thread with end-surface metal self-sealed was designed,and the structure was analyzed with FEA,its seal integrality was discussed in detail.The results showed:the metal self-sealed ability was very good before it was expanded,but the metal self-sealed ability became poor after it was expanded.Finally,the rubber seal ring was designed in the root of the nut thread,it can ensure the seal integrality.
